By purchasing and using a motorized bicycle from us, you
agree to the terms and conditions written here on this page.

verify that you are at least an 18 years old responsible adult, and
will not allow anyone under 16 years old to ride or use a motorized
bicycle. Your also expressly agree, without reservation, to hold us
(PowerPedal.net) unaccountable for any social distress, financial
losses, property damages, pain and suffering, accidents,
injuries
or death reportedly, or supposedly resulting from the use, or
misuse of our products.
Your further hereby agree that you are
responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of any motorized bike
purchased from us, which will ensure safe operation. The purchaser of
any motorized bicycle from this site is expected to have his/her own
health insurance or any other insurance he/she deems necessary.
The
user of motorized bicycles is expected to know, understand and verify
the laws in his/her local jurisdiction in regards to motorized
bicycles. These motorized bikes are designed for use as an alternate
transportation, a fun or camping vehicle or a main transportation.
Racing and recklessness is not recommended.

By
purchasing an engine kit, you agree that you have read the above
disclaimer, which also applies to the use of our engine kits.
You further agree that you are sufficiently skilled, and otherwise
qualified to safely undertake the installation of a motorized
