items purchased on this web site are normally shipped within 48 hours,
except items built to order; such as motorized bicycles, or items that
have been back ordered. You will be notified by email if an item is
backordered.
All purchases (except motorized bicycles) are shipped
within the US for the same low price, including AK, HI, PR and VI. In
many cases FREE shipping will be offered for US orders. Persons living
outside of the continental US can contact us by email for an accurate shipping
estimate.
Motorized bikes will not be shipped to countries outside of the US.
Accurate international shipping estimates on other items are available upon request.
How is Shipping Cost Calculated?
After adding item(s) you wish to purchase, click on the CHECKOUT button on the Shopping Cart page.
Enter your zip code to calculate shipping cost at the top of that page.

I Want To Ship To Two Different Addresses
Simply use a separate checkout procedure for each one. | Warranty and Returns:
- Motorized Bicycles carry a 7 days cash back warranty, and 30 days free parts
replacement warranty. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and customer
must pay for returned shipment. Returned bikes must be in saleable condition and are
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Engine kits are not refundable or returnable under any circumstance. If you need any
advice, assistance or guidance with the installation of kits purchased from us, we would be
more than happy to help. In fact we offer a 30 days techinal support by email or phone
after you purchase a kit from us.
- Spare parts and other items can be returned for cash refunds within 7 days after delivery.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and the customer pays for shipment of
returned items, unless a mistake was made on our behalf.
All spare parts and other items, including FREE Shipment items, must be in resaleable
condition for acceptance, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. | NOTE:
We
reserve the right to change and/or amend these policies from time to
